MDX Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) respects your privacy and complies with the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related regulations. The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary, solely for product warranty registration and after-sales support.

Personal information is retained and used for five (5) years from the date of registration, corresponding to the warranty period, after which it is destroyed without delay. Where applicable law requires a longer retention period, the information is kept for that legally mandated period.
To store and operate registration data reliably, the Company entrusts the following processing, and personal information may be stored on servers located outside Korea.

The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where you have given prior consent or where required by law.
You (or your legal representative) may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact the Privacy Officer below in writing, by phone, or by email, and we will act without delay.
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is fulfilled. Electronic files are permanently deleted by a method that prevents recovery.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers and how the site is used. Cookies (such as _ga) are stored in your browser for this purpose, and the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, device and browser information, and an approximate location are collected and transmitted to Google. The Company does not send personally identifiable information such as names or contact details to Google Analytics, and does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
